Job summary

Fortinos, Brampton, is seeking a store supervisor to oversee and manage the Department, perform key operational duties with your team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will increase sales and gross profit while minimizing shrink by coordinating production planning, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling. Experience in retail leadership is valued, and a flexible schedule includes days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in a retail environment with a passion for seafood products.
• Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
• Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Food Handlers certificate a plus
