The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for researching companies that fit our ideal customer profile (ICP), identifying key decision‑makers based on our buyer personas, multi‑channel cold outreach to selected prospects in an effort to secure qualified sales meetings. The SDR will also selectively assist in moving sales‑qualified leads through the sales funnel as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key influencers and decision‑makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts, identifying current processes and challenges, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the Boast software solution.
