WEPOINT Canada Développement recherche un Scrum Master senior pour piloter une équipe Agile et assurer la mise en œuvre des pratiques Scrum et Kanban. Vous faciliterez les cérémonies, aiderez à lever les obstacles et soutiendrez l’amélioration continue à l’échelle de l’organisation.

Expérience minimale exigée de 8 années, excellente capacité de facilitation, leadership et gestion des parties prenantes. Travail en mode remote hybride possible au Canada.

• Minimum 8 années d'expérience pertinente dans le cadre Agile
• Maîtrise des cadres Agile (Scrum, Kanban, hybrides)
• Excellentes compétences en facilitation et animation d’ateliers
