We are looking for a driven and passionate Scrum Master to champion agile methodologies and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement with our Global Payments Engineering team. You will work closely with engineering, product, design, and delivery teams to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure alignment around sprint goals and priorities. Your efforts will directly impact the way we deliver value to our customers and enable high-performing teams to thrive.
Desire and drive for innovation through problem solving, leveraging resourcefulness as a key skill; have a learning mindset while intrinsically motivated to learning new tools and techniques
Intermediate to advanced level of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
Strong facilitation skills with a proven ability to lead productive team ceremonies and retrospectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence without authority
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design
Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent agile certification is an asset
Comfortable with continuously changing environments (examples: business priorities, new technologies)
Exhibit a high degree of understanding risk management
Leverage and understand the use of analytics to enable day-to-day conversations and decision making
