Job Summary

Are you a passionate and skilled Scrum Master – a true leader and coach who helps teams reach their full potential? Your expertise will have a tangible worldwide impact as you guide our SAFe software delivery teams to help the aviation industry operate more efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
  • Work with 1‑2 Agile SAFe Teams to ensure timely delivery of features within budget and quality, achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate all SAFe Agile ceremonies (iteration planning, daily stand‑ups, iteration reviews, retrospectives) and support PI Planning, system demos, and cross‑team coordination.
  • Coach and mentor the teams, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and self‑organization.
  • Protect the team from distractions and remove impediments to enable successful implementation.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain focus on the product backlog and project timeline.
  • Ensure iteration deliverables consistently meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Agile community and facilitate effective communication between teams and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify and report metrics to support PI Delivery, and support issue/risk tracking and scope management discussions.
  • Support communication between leadership, Product, and SAFe Agile Teams.
Required Skills / Experience
  • 3+ years of Agile Leadership & Coaching with a servant‑leader mindset and proven ability to coach high‑performing, self‑organizing teams.
  • Deep understanding and hands‑on experience with the SAFe framework and Agile principles.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills for all Agile SAFe ceremonies, proactive removal of impediments, and protection of the team from external distractions.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and familiarity with ART events like PI Planning.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Scrum Master advanced certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Agility, Jira, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate concisely and accurately to team and management.
  • Basic knowledge of software development environments and technologies.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Knowledge and experience with the SAFe framework.
  • Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and release management.
  • Graduate with 6+ years of total software delivery experience.
  • Background in software development, QA, or BA is highly desirable.
