Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a digital health initiative focused on delivering citizen?facing health tools that improve access, equity, and patient engagement. You will guide cross?functional, remote teams using agile best practices to deliver high?quality digital health solutions.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand?ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) in a virtual environment
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams and partners
• Coach teams on Scrum and agile principles, fostering continuous improvement
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and a sustainable pace of work
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Teams to maintain visibility and alignment

What you bring

• 5+ years’ experience inhealthcare or similar complex environment
• Scrum Master certification and hands?on experience leading Scrum teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Experience with agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to work independently, manage sensitive situations, and collaborate with senior leaders
• Digital health or citizen?facing product experience is a strong asset
