Build organizational capability by developing and delivering training that promotes consistent interpretation and application of review requirements. Collaborate with Medical Affairs Operations and IT to optimize review platforms, workflows, and user experience. Analyze material review trends, risks, and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve review quality, consistency, and efficiency. Partner with Quality as the medical material review subject matter expert for audits and non-conformances as needed. Ensure any deviations are appropriately documented, investigated, and resolved.
  • Medical Information: Research and develop accurate, balanced, and evidence-based local scientific responses to unsolicited medical information requests from healthcare professionals and consumers. Support medical information request case management as needed.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and related procedural documents. Ability to influence, negotiate, and build trusted relationships with internal and external partners, fostering alignment and shared accountability while balancing scientific, compliance, and business considerations. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, compliance, and customer focus. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Related Software Proficiency: Proficiency with relevant software, including Veeva Vault, Microsoft Office, Copilot, and Adobe Acrobat. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
