A leading educational institution in Ontario seeks an Administrative Coordinator to provide organizational support and assist in various administrative activities. Candidates should have a two-year diploma in Business Administration and at least three years of relevant work experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This position requires on-site work 100% of the time and offers opportunities for job growth within a supportive environment.

The College’s 6,800 full‑time and 10,000 part‑time students, including hundreds of international students from countries around the world, attend at campus locations in Peterborough, Lindsay, Haliburton and Cobourg. Fleming offers more than 100 full‑time programs in Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences, Fine Arts, General Arts and Science, Technology, Skilled Trades, Community Development, Health, Business, and Justice as well as other Continuing Education courses.

Provides organizational administrative support and assistance for the School, School leadership team and affiliated organizations.
Liaises with a wide variety of people including students, faculty, staff, administrators and external stakeholders supporting activities related to planning, organizing and coordinating all Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings, annual School Academic Awards, Purchasing and Asset Inventory Management, Academic Appeals, and School meetings.
Acts as liaison to various college departments (i.e. Purchasing / Finance / Advancement & Alumni / Student Administrative Council etc.) on behalf of the School and affiliated organizations.
Provides customer services to staff & faculty and students in the School as well as external stakeholders and & or affiliated organizations. Provides desktop and system functionality training and coaching for all School staff & faculty. Maintains the School’s Affinity website.
This position has been designated as on‑campus and is expected on‑site 100% of the time.
Temporary term to September 2025 with possibility of extension.
