Job description
Full-Time Support Staff

Reporting to the Manager, School of Business, with guidance from the Associate Dean, the School of Business Coordinator acts as the first contact for students in business programs and provides ongoing administrative support to the School of Business. The coordinator works with students (past, present, future), on‑site and distance faculty, and external organizations such as the CPA Ontario, HRPA, CMA, local businesses, and other departments within Nipissing University. The coordinator may be required to work some evenings and weekend hours, as well as travel for recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the academic unit in all business matters and liaison and project coordination.
  • Handle the iLEAD and Co‑op programs.
  • Work with on‑site and distance faculty, external organizations, and internal departments.

  • Undergraduate degree in Business.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience.
