Job summary

Nitelazetue Elementary School in La Loche, part of the Northern Lights School Division No 113, is seeking a School Librarian to oversee the school library, book exchange, ordering, cataloguing and AV equipment maintenance.

The role also includes planning two annual Book Fairs and ensuring robust library systems to support student learning in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizing and operating school resource centers (book exchange, ordering, cataloguing, AV equipment).
• Familiarity with library systems and cataloguing tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
