Job summary

Voyago is hiring School Bus Drivers in Ontario for Simcoe, Hanover, Kingston, Ottawa and North Bay. You will operate split shifts with morning and afternoon runs, delivering safe, reliable transport for students and maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are 21+, hold a G-class license (B preferred), have 1+ year driving experience in varied conditions, and can pass assessments. A retention bonus and benefits are offered for 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and attentive to student wellbeing.
• Fluent in English with clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage routes.
• Familiar with maps and GPS navigation for routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school in your community.
• Prioritize student safety during boarding, transit and exit.
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections for safe operation.
• Maintain bus cleanliness and basic upkeep; assist fueling as needed.
• Complete daily Hours of Service reports and proper documentation.
• Report mechanical issues immediately to ensure safety.
• Address student behavior professionally per policy.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and development.
• Demonstrate professionalism and create a safe environment for passengers.
