Job summary

SOUTHLAND is seeking dedicated School Bus Drivers to transport students safely and provide excellent customer service. This role offers a hiring bonus and a flexible schedule, including part-time hours and time off in July and August.

New drivers may receive $1,000 for regular routes or $500 as spare drivers, with the bonus paid after six months of employment. Comprehensive training and a supportive work environment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school on scheduled routes.
• Provide courteous customer service to students and parents.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Work split shift: 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon; time off in July and August.

SOUTHLAND is currently offering a hiring bonus for new School Bus Drivers. Drivers assigned to a regular route are eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus. Spare drivers are eligible for a $500 hiring bonus. This will be paid out following six months of employment.

Job Description

Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students daily and must be committed to safety and customer service.

As a School Bus Driver, you will work a split shift, being paid for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. Drivers work during the school year and are given time off in July and August.
