Job summary

First Student is hiring a School Bus Driver to safely transport students and support families. You will supervise boarding, assist with seating and mobility aids, and ensure a clean, safe vehicle daily.

Applicants should be at least 21, hold a full G license for 1 year, and seek a part-time schedule with summer flexibility while enjoying working with students.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, etc.).
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Obey traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service on every route.

Pay Details:

• Hourly Rate: $22.91 per hour

Your day as a School Bus Driver will include:

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
