Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
  • Registrant of the BC College of Speech and Hearing Health Professions.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License and use of your own vehicle.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting would be an asset.
  • Criminal Record Check is required for employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide itinerant speech & language services to public schools.
  • Conduct speech-language assessment and direct services.
  • Design intervention strategies for students with communication disorders.
  • Participate in school-based team meetings.
  • Work with CEAs for speech and language program follow-up.
