Job summary

A community care provider is looking for a Client Service Associate to facilitate the intake of new clients and ensure proper service provider assignments. This part-time role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service and a detail-oriented approach. Ideal candidates will have relevant education and experience in healthcare or scheduling environments.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment is considered an asset.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a scheduling environment preferred.
• Experience in a health care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the intake of new clients and assign them to service providers.
• Maintain service providers' schedules as directed by site program management.
• Utilize appropriate customer service skills to obtain information from clients.
