Job Description

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and preparing production schedules for the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of industrial process systems. You'll collaborate with all levels of supervision to ensure projects, outages, shutdowns, and maintenance are thoroughly and safely planned and executed. By developing the sequence and lead time for each operation, you'll work to meet the client’s forecasted master schedule. Additionally, you will partner with designated procurement staff to ensure that necessary materials and supplies are available to facilitate efficient and effective work schedules.

What would you be doing?
  • Lead front‑end planning, construction, and turnover phases of the project.
  • Collaborate with Site Managers and project teams to manage the project schedule.
  • Coordinate outside services and monitor the flow of parts to and from service providers and suppliers.
  • Prepare progress reports, including “S” curve, Earned Value, and histograms.
  • Provide project cost estimates, cost analysis, and maintain the master schedule.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling and relevant software (SAP, Prometheus, Maximo, Primavera P6).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb organizational skills and ability to apply regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Post‑secondary degree in a related technical field or equivalent training and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in an industrial role, with up‑to‑date safety certifications (H2S Alive and CSTS20).
