A financial operations platform is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee partner relationships, enhance customer onboarding experiences, and drive retention strategies. This role demands a minimum of 5 years in customer success with solid verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with technical collaborations and project management is essential. Customer Success Managers on the Partnerships team own the activation, growth, and retention of Ramp’s partner‑referred customers. As an early member of the team, you will help build and refine the Partner Success program and define the implementation motion to drive activation and retention.
