Job Description

AIM Eco-Center is currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in St-Augustin, Quebec, Monday to Friday. The Scale Clerk plays an important role in weighing materials and providing customer service.

What you’re responsible for

• Greet customers
• Weigh materials
• Enter delivery slips into the software
• Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed
• Prepare shipping documents
• Track material shipments
• Prepare reports

Qualifications

• You have solid experience in customer service.
• You demonstrate a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.
• You have a good knowledge of Excel and are comfortable with computer tools.
• You are known for your thoroughness and attention to detail.
• You are skilled with computer software and systems.
• You excel at mental arithmetic and are comfortable with numbers.
• You have experience in the transportation industry (an asset).
