Job summary

GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Journeyman Scaffolders for full-time, permanent positions in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta, with opportunities for out of town camp work.

You will work on commercial and industrial projects, supporting local and camp crews. The ideal candidate is certified, safety-focused, and ready to mentor apprentices while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Scaffolder certification required.
• Experience on commercial/industrial sites.
• Safety tickets CSTS, Fall Protection, WHMIS required.
• Ability to mentor apprentices on site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and inspect scaffolding on commercial/industrial sites.
• Lead and mentor apprentices on site and ensure safe work practices.
• Work locally in Edmonton/Calgary with occasional out-of-town camp rotations.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate with crew on daily tasks.

GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Journeyman Scaffolders for full-time, permanent positions in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta, with opportunities for out of town camp work. Scaffolders will work on commercial and industrial projects, supporting both local and camp-based crews. The ideal candidate is certified, safety-focused, and ready to mentor apprentices while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Need

• Journeyman Scaffolder certification
• Proven scaffolding experience on commercial and industrial sites
• Valid safety tickets: CSTS, Fall Protection, and WHMIS
• Comfortable working at heights and lifting scaffold components repeatedly
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable, hard working, and able to work well with a crew
• Available for local work in Edmonton or Calgary, plus out of town camp rotations

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Turnaround, shutdown, or plant maintenance experience
• Additional site tickets such as Confined Space, H2S Alive, or Aerial Work Platform
• Experience leading or mentoring apprentice crews
