Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, is detail‑oriented, and can coordinate with other departments. Working on site, you will train staff and help implement process improvements to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• On-site work only (no remote)
• Secondary school graduation required

Responsibilities

• Recommend measures to improve productivity
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
• Prepare production and other reports
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
