Job description

Our client is seeking a senior SAP TM Functional Consultant to lead delivery across Freight Order Management, TM master data, S/4 delivery-based integration, and Freight Costing & Settlement. The role is client-facing with hands‑on configuration and integration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Freight Order Management design, configuration, and support.

• Set up and govern TM master data (locations, resources, lanes, etc.).

• Deliver TM Delivery-Based Integration with S/4HANA (O2C/P2P flows).

• Configure Freight Costing & Settlement (agreements, charges, conditions).

• Partner with business/IT to capture requirements, produce FS/CS, test (SIT/UAT), and support cutover/hypercare.

• Collaborate on 3rd-party TMS integrations (e.g., Uber Freight) where applicable.

• Provide client stakeholder management and status reporting.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years hands‑on SAP TM functional experience.

• Proven delivery in: Freight Order Management, TM master data, TM–S/4 Delivery-Based Integration, Freight Costing & Settlement.

• SAP TM certification (required).

• Excellent client‑facing communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating SAP TM with Uber Freight or other 3rd-party TMS platforms.

• Prior work in hybrid enterprise environments (S/4HANA).

Work Model

• GTA Hybrid preferred (3 days/week onsite).
