Job summary

JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP in Canada is seeking a System Analyst to design and deliver SAP Print Workbench and Billing solutions for a bill redesign project. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, develop/configure billing and print workflow, refactor code, and support testing and implementation.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the role requires strong SAP S4 Hana ISU experience, ABAP programming, data modelling and hands-on involvement across Billing, Invoicing, FICA, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or MIS.
• 5+ years’ experience in SAP S4 Hana ISU Print Workbench performing design and development changes for complex utility billing.
• Experience in SAP S4 Hana ISU development product suite such as ABAP Programming, Business Objects / Data Modelling, Techno-Functional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, refactor and develop print workbench and billing related changes in SAP S4 Hana ISU.
• Analyze business requirements and develop high quality technical specifications.
• Support integrations between Print Workbench and Billing/Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, and CRM; participate in testing.

Job Overview:

The System Analyst is accountable for providing technical designs and delivering solutions for the SAP Print Workbench and Billing areas for a bill redesign project. This includes converting business requirements into technical designs that align with the project requirements, developing/configuring billing/bill print solution, refactoring print workbench code, unit testing the solution and supporting the solution delivery through all phases of testing and implementation. Reporting to the Project Manager, this position is accountable for: Analyzing business requirements and developing high quality technical specifications Designing, refactoring and developing print workbench and billing related changes in SAP S4 Hana ISU Participating in testing processes related to the changes Support integrations between Print Workbench and core modules like Billing/Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, and CRM Adhering to the technical standards and guidelines.

Must Haves:

• Diploma or Degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• 5+ years’ experience in SAP S4 Hana ISU Print Workbench performing design and development changes for complex utility billing.
• Experience in SAP S4 Hana ISU development product suite(s) is required in the following areas: ABAP Programming Business Objects / Data Modelling Techno-Functional expertise – ability to perform both SAP functional and technical role.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in CRM, FICA, Market Transaction, DM/PM areas of SAP ISU.
