A consulting firm in Canada is seeking Integration Testing Specialists to support ERP projects focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and S / 4HANA. The role requires leading integration testing, ensuring data consistency across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in SAP integration testing. This position requires 4 days onsite work per week.
Our Client is seeking up to 3 Integration Testing Specialists to support a strategic Transformation ERP project integrating SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S / 4HANA. The Specialist will be a meaningful member of the team responsible for end-to-end integration testing activities, ensuring data consistency, process alignment, and system interoperability across HR, Payroll, Finance, and ERP platforms.
This role will be focused on leading the end-to-end testing lifecycle for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring that any SAP implementation retrofits, third party integrations, and updates meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and functionality.
4 days per week onsite are required. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.
5+ years of experience in SAP integration testing, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S / 4HANA.
Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Business Integration Builder (BIB), and IDoc / API-based integrations.
Experience with retrofit or transformation projects involving legacy ECC systems and S / 4HANA.
Familiarity with HR data models, organizational structures, and payroll / time interfaces.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-functional project environment.
