We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Lead – Manager to join our HR Technology practice. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with deep technical expertise in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition solutions. You will lead engagements that transform how organizations attract, engage, and hire talent through SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and related modules.
As a Recruiting Lead, you will guide clients through their talent acquisition technology journey, ensuring seamless integration of recruiting processes with broader HR strategies. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage complex implementations, and deliver measurable business outcomes will be critical to success.
