The Opportunity We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits – Senior Consultant or Manager to join our HR Technology practice. This role is designed for professionals with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) Global Benefits who can lead complex HR technology transformations and deliver innovative benefits solutions for global organizations. You will partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and compliance across multiple geographies. Your ability to combine technical proficiency with strategic insight will be key to driving successful outcomes.
