Job Title: SAP Solution Architect

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled SAP Solution Architect to join our team and act as the bridge between our technical teams, clients, and project stakeholders. In this role you will lead the design and planning of the technical side of SAP projects, ensuring everything is delivered smoothly and successfully.
You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and guide the development team through each stage of delivery. You will also be hands‑on with testing, go‑live support, and helping client teams become comfortable with the new systems.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and understand technical requirements from clients and project teams.
- Plan scope and organize technical work for projects.
- Design and document technical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Set project milestones and guide a team of developers to achieve them.
- Support unit and integration testing.
- Create strategies for knowledge transfer to client technical teams.
- Help with system cutovers and provide post go‑live support.
What You Should Bring
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in full‑stack and application development.
- Proficiency in:
- ABAP (required)
- SAP BTP and cloud integration (required)
- SAP NetWeaver technologies including SAP Gateway, SOA Manager, SAP ICM (required)
- Experience with or knowledge of:
- Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
- SAPUI5
- RESTful services
- MuleSoft
- Dell Boomi
- Other integration platforms
- Understanding of security and authentication standards
- Experience with SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of software design principles and patterns
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Good understanding of user interface design principles
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of SAP implementation experience.
- Experience with 4 or more full life‑cycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM components and how they integrate with each other and with SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience in technical analysis, designing specifications, and building custom SAP applications within HCM.
- Knowledge of Personnel Administration, Time Management, Benefits or Payroll and how they integrate with other HCM components.
- Technical expertise in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
