Job summary

KPMG in Canada is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex transformation programs across Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield approaches. You will own end-to-end delivery governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement for multi-million dollar initiatives.

The role requires deep SAP Activate expertise, strong PMO leadership, and proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP Project/Program Management experience.
• 5+ years leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Proven Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield delivery experience.
• Strong SAP Activate knowledge and delivery best practices.
• Experience with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Governance, PMO leadership, risk, vendor and financial management.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement & steering committee experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA, SAFe Agile or Scrum are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.
• Define governance structures, delivery strategies, operating models, and success criteria.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, change requests, and roadmaps.
• Drive program execution using SAP Activate and KPMG delivery frameworks.
• Engage executive sponsors, steering committees, business leaders, and partners.
• Govern multiple workstreams: Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Migration, Testing, Security, Infra.
• Lead business transformation, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and change initiatives.
• Oversee cutover, deployment readiness, go-live, and hypercare.
• Manage vendor relationships, offshore teams, cross-functional issue resolution.
• Support proposals, RFPs, pursuits and SAP practice growth initiatives.

What you bring to the role

• Proven experience delivering Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield SAP programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP delivery best practices.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Expertise in governance, PMO leadership, risk management, vendor management, and financial management.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and steering committee experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• PMP, SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA, SAFe Agile, or Scrum certifications are considered assets.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
