Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a seasoned Manager for SAP S/4HANA OCM & Training in Toronto. The candidate should have strong client delivery experience and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP OCM. Responsibilities include managing global teams and delivering client needs effectively. This is a 6-month remote contract with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP OCM & Training.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP OCM modules.
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM).

Responsibilities

• Overall management of global OCM teams in various countries.
• Lead global OCM PMO advisory and management.

Job Summary :

• Strong, seasoned Manager, SAP S / 4HANA OCM & Training delivery Experience is a must, along with strong client delivery experience, and would need to apply and deliver our OCM and Training capabilities with confidence
• Will be responsible for overall management of our global OCM teams in India and ARDC along with partnering with teams in Toronto, US, India, and Mexico;
• Lead and manage global OCM PMO advisory and management with our global team
• Confident and accountable for delivery of OCM S4 transformation globally and regionally
• Strong client relationship management skills, managing business needs, along with team and scope management skills

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP OCM & Training
• In-depth knowledge of SAP OCM modules.
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM), which includes core HR, talent management, and analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
