Job summary
Sopra Steria Canada is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to support production planning and quality management implementations, enhancements, and support efforts across manufacturing units. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to design, configure, and test SAP PP/QM solutions, deliver training, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP PP/QM consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on configuration in SAP PP and QM.
- Experience in at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality management processes.
- Experience with global/cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for manufacturing, production planning, and quality processes.
- Design and configure SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
- Configure and support PP/QM components (PP, MRP, MPS, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Quality Planning, Inspection, Notifications, Audit Management).
- Collaborate with MM, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO teams; prepare functional specs and support development.
- Execute testing activities including SIT and UAT.
- Provide production support and incident resolution.
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Maintain project and solution documentation.
