Job Description:

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP PM and QM modules.
  • Looking for an highly skilled SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join our AMS support team.
  • Candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements for SAP PM/QM modules in a production environment.
  • This role ensures system stability, compliance, and timely resolution of incidents. On‑call support may be required for critical issues.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning, notifications, work orders, and quality inspection processes.
  • Experience in AMS support projects and incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Knowledge of integration points with MM, PP, and SD.
  • Ability to analyze ABAP logs and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PM and QM modules.
  • Lead, configure and maintain PM master data (equipment, functional locations) and QM inspection plans, lots, and results.
  • Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes as per business needs.
  • Lead and support integration with MM, PP, and SD modules.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
  • Participate in change requests, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues.
  • Monitor system health and ensure smooth operations of PM/QM processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for ABAP debugging and performance tuning.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security and audit requirements.
  • Validate data integrity and compliance with business standards.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in SAP Utilities/SAP IS‑U.
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and ticketing.
  • Understanding of integrations with third party vendors.
