Job description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a broad vision of the business processes of a manufacturing company like BRP. In this position, you will be responsible for handling complex issues or questions related to integrated business processes and bringing them to resolution. You will serve as a key adviser in preparing and executing large-scale projects involving the SAP S/4 system.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Participate in the preparation of SAP S/4 deployment projects by establishing the scope and identifying the necessary integrations.

  • Support the SAP S/4 project team by facilitating workshops aimed at developing and deploying integrated processes utilizing SAP S/4 and its ecosystem.

  • Support project teams in using implemented project management tools (decision-making processes, integration issue management, business process documentation).

  • Actively participate in decision-making meetings and communicate the results to project teams.

  • Collaborate in establishing test scenarios for projects.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Curiosity about and interest in all areas of business.

  • Knowledge of SAP and business processes at BRP or in a similar company, along with a high level of technological integration understanding, to facilitate making rapid connections.

  • Initiative, the ability to proactively address questions and obtain answers promptly when there is an inquiry.

  • The ability to convey complex business processes in simple language.

  • Team spirit and a passion for the contribution you will bring.
