We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. As part of our supply chain and operations team, you’ll work with our clients to transform their supply chain and operations by leveraging SAP applications to optimise their flow of goods, information, and money quickly and securely.

Meaningful work you’ll be part

As a SAP EWM Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions, including inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, wave management, slotting, labor management, and integration with modules like MM, PP, SD, and external systems.
  • Oversee SAP EWM functional stream to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring on-budget and on-time execution
  • Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail. Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.
  • Support the senior leadership to define EWM strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
  • Develop and execute the SAP EWM roadmap aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. Support the RFI and RFP processes for the SAP EWM related opportunities
  • Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
  • Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in consulting, designing, implementing and leading SAP Supply Chain consulting engagements, including the following areas:

  • 7+ years of ERP experience including 3+ years of consulting experience. At least 3 years focused on SAP EWM;
  • Leading SAP Supply Chain implementations from planning through go-live;
  • Experience in consulting environments, client account management, or large-scale transformations (e.g., replacing legacy systems with SAP S/4HANA);
  • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to handle integrations, interfaces, and optimizations, such as vehicle scheduling, load planning, and international trade compliance;
  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services;
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM configurations, deployments, and integrations, including hands‑on experience with warehouse processes, RICEF solutions, and modules like WM, MM, and SD; Knowledge of warehouse operations in distribution or manufacturing, along with integration expertise (e.g., SAP ECC, third‑party logistics);
  • Proficient and well versed in the EWM key concepts like storage types (e.g., high‑rack, bulk), storage sections, activity areas, bins, and handling units (HUs) to model complex warehouse layouts. In addition, the warehouse tasks like labeling, kitting, or deconsolidation during inbound/outbound flows;
  • Oversee reporting and analytics for warehouse KPIs, such as inventory accuracy, throughput, and cost metrics, to support data‑driven decisions;
  • Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;
  • Certifications in SAP EWM, Supply Chain Management, or related areas are a plus.
  • When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset.

Additional Information:

  • Individuals who have obtained the preferred skills and certifications, but lack a bachelor’s degree, may be considered if they have demonstrated three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience for each missing year of college‑level training in addition to the six years of SAP Supply Chain experience and certification(s) required.
PwC BC Region Pay Range Information

The salary range for this position is $103,000.00 - 137,400.00 - 171,800.00 CAD annual plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
