Job summary

A Vancouver-based consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP Development Lead to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of SAP experience with proven team leadership skills and proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP programming, and Fiori/UI5. Our Vancouver-based client is seeking an experienced SAP Development Lead to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, including a history of successfully leading SAP technical teams along with experience coordinating with infrastructure, testing, deployment, and data migration teams, and will have a proven ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional groups to achieve project objectives. Proficiency with SAP S / 4HANA, ABAP programming, and Fiori / UI5 is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Capable of developing long-term development strategies that align with enterprise-wide transformation goals.
  • Ability to effectively work on cross owner-systems integration teams.
  • Supervise the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical mentorship and expertise in SAP development, including customizations, improvements, and integrations.
  • Handle and resolve incidents related to SAP applications, ensuring minimaldisruption to business operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
