You will lead client and EY teams to deliver scalable SAP Analytics solutions, provide architecture expertise, and mentor colleagues to grow capabilities, including collaboration with offshore teams.

You should bring hands-on SAP Analytics/BI implementation experience, strong communication, and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance or related major.
• 6+ to 10 years of SAP Analytics/BI implementation experience with hands-on work.
• Experience with SAP Analytics solution architecture including BW/4HANA, SLT, HANA Modeling, Datasphere, CDS Views and SAC.

EY Technology Consulting is a fast‑moving and high‑growth area within EY. We are looking for a Manager – SAP Analytics to join our Enterprise Applications team. We are looking for an individual who combines SAP Analytics technical aptitude with an affinity for helping clients and for helping grow our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Manager – SAP Analytics, your responsibilities will be threefold: (1) Lead client teams and EY teams to arrive at enterprise SAP Analytics solutions that are scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing business need, (2) provide SAP Analytics solution architecture expertise and thought leadership, and (3) actively invest in and mentor team members on and off projects to create a followership and to expand our expertise and capabilities, including acting as a liaison and increasing collaboration with our offshore team.

• Strong knowledge of the overall SAP Reporting and Analytics roadmap and experience with assisting clients to understand the myriad of options available to them. This should include preparing the business case to define an appropriate roadmap for their business and ultimately helping them in executing that roadmap.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance and/or other related major.
• A minimum of 6 plus to 10 years of experience implementing SAP Analytics/BI solutions, including numerous years of hands‑on experience.
• Experience with solution architecture for SAP Analytics solutions including SAP BW/4HANA, SLT, HANA Modeling, SAP Datasphere, SAP CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) knowledge would be bonus.
• Microsoft Fabric experience would be a bonus.
• Experience implementing SAP Datasphere including data acquisition, modeling, views, analytical models, replication flows and transformation flows.
• Delivered full life‑cycle SAP Analytics solutions (including prepare, high level design, detailed design, build, test, deploy and support phases) in Business Intelligence (BI) using SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, CDS Views, and SAC platforms.
• Extensive experience in implementing SAP Analytics solutions including data modeling using CDS views, calculation views (graphical and scripted) as well as virtual data models, HANA data provisioning and HANA security.
• Implementation/Migration experience of moving SAP BW to the SAP Datasphere or HANA platform as well as excellent experience with BW/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 and ECC data models and analysis is a must.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Preferred candidates will have an SAP Analytics certification.

• Ability to deal with abstract concepts and communicate these effectively through compelling written and graphical materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology consultants through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge and applicable skill sets.

• Managers for Vancouver $130,000 to $160,000
• Managers for Toronto: $130,000 to $160,000
• Managers for Victoria: $99,000 to $149,000
