Job Overview

Kelly Services is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our client’s Maintenance Department in Brantford, ON for a temporary 3-4 month assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining maintenance-related data in our systems. If you have SAP experience and enjoy working with data, this could be a great fit!

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update maintenance-related data, including work orders, equipment records, and preventive maintenance schedules in SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and SAP.
  • Generate reports on maintenance activities, downtime analysis, and compliance records as required.
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and technicians to verify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of maintenance logs, safety inspections, and equipment history.
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, document control, and communication with vendors regarding maintenance materials.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field; experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Must have experience using SAP for data entry and maintenance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with maintenance personnel, vendors, and management.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate range $24.00 per hour (based on experience) + 4% vacation pay.
Full-time hours, Monday-Friday, daytime work schedule.
Weekly pay via direct deposit.
