Job Summary

The Senior SAP Business Warehouse Developer will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level SAP BW and HANA solutions that drive data analytics, reporting, and decision-making across a large-scale power utility environment. This role requires deep expertise in ETL design, InfoCube and DSO architecture, and HANA data modeling to support high-performance business intelligence operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document specifications for InfoCubes, DSOs, and InfoObjects.
• Develop ETL processes and ensure performance optimization across data models.
• Support design, creation, and maintenance of HANA-based data models and BEx reports.
• Create and manage transports and test cases for unit and integration testing.
• Support execution of test cases and deliver accurate test result reports.
• Develop and update existing data models into the SAP HANA landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps between business requirements and available data.
• Collect and maintain business and technical metadata to support analytics governance.
• Ensure SAP BW and HANA best practices are consistently applied.
• Provide level 3 production support and warranty assistance for analytics solutions.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP Business Warehouse and HANA Developer.
• Proven track record designing and implementing complex BW data models.
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, ETL pipelines, and data integration.
• Expertise in BEx Query Designer and reporting optimization.
• Experience developing and deploying analytics solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
