Job summary

Position Summary

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary warehouse and office environment in accordance with company standards for safety, quality, and productivity. This role supports product safety, quality, and legality while contributing to a safe and efficient workplace that delivers value to customers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently throughout warehouse and office areas.
  • Follow assigned sanitation logs and requirements consistently.
  • Use and understand cleaning materials and liquids as directed.
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate reorder needs.
  • Ensure floors are free of debris and maintain a clean, orderly appearance.
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with company standards.
  • Report any unkempt areas from previous shifts to the supervisor.
  • Remove snow from designated areas as seasonally required.
  • If trained, inspect sweeper scrubber equipment before and after use to ensure proper function and appearance.
  • Identify and report areas of waste that may impact operational flow.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Sanitation and janitorial experience preferred.

  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English to complete assignments.

Pay Range
