• Participate in fumigation/heat treatment cleanup.
• Comply with all health, safety, and food safety procedures.

Parrish & Heimbecker – Sanitation (Temporary Contract) | Hanover, ON

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) has an opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking, and dedicated individual as Sanitation for our Milling division based in Hanover, ON.

Your Role

The Sanitation role is responsible for the overall cleaning and sanitation of the plant, including equipment, machinery, and production areas to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Day to Day

• This is a temporary contract position.
• Shifts: Days 7:00-15:00; Afternoons 15:00-23:00; Weekends as required

• Perform cleaning of plant areas, machinery, and equipment
• Remove garbage and unnecessary materials from the mill
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and other general housekeeping tasks
• Participate in fumigation/heat treatment cleanup (including working in high temperatures)
• Comply with all health, safety, and food safety procedures and training requirements
• Train in Fall Arrest as required
• Wear company-supplied clothing and mandatory PPE
• Perform other duties as assigned
