Job summary

A financial services firm is seeking a Manager for Sanctions Compliance in Toronto, ON. This role will focus on enhancing the Sanctions Risk Assessment process, reviewing control effectiveness, and working closely with data. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or regulatory reporting.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Strong communication and excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of sanctions risk assessment activities across business units.
• Conduct Review and Challenge of sanctions Control Self-Assessments.
• Analyze client, transaction, and product data for risk observations.
• Produce risk assessment result visualizations and draft reports.
