We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated SampleManager LIMS Configuration and Development specialist (Junior to Mid-Level) with business analysis experience. In this role, you will bridge the gap between laboratory operations and technology by gathering requirements and configuring and customizing Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS using Workflows, Forms, C#, and VGL. You will work closely with client personnel, integrate systems and instrumentation, and deliver robust laboratory informatics solutions.

Qualifications & Experience.
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline preferred: equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
*Laboratory Informatics Experience: 2+ years of experience in laboratory informatics, lab automation, or LIMS administration.
*SampleManager Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS configuration and administration.
*Technical Skills: Programming with C#/.NET, VGL, and SQL for developer-level tasks; SampleManager LES and Sweeper, or Integration Manager to integrate information systems and lab instruments.
*Industry Context: Experience working within a laboratory environment is preferred.
*Key Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage tight deadlines independently in a remote environment.
