Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) & surrounding areas

Compensation: Performance-based pay.

Average annual earnings range: $125,000 – $185,000+

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a personal sales pipeline from qualified, booked appointments.
  • Consult with homeowners to recommend suitable heat pump solutions.
  • Explain federal and provincial rebates and financing options clearly.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals professionally.
  • Maintain accurate notes and coordinate next steps with the operations team.
