Job summary

March Networks is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead in Ottawa to architect and deliver custom Salesforce solutions that support finance, manufacturing, sales and support. This hands-on leadership role involves guiding integration, modernization, and end-to-end project delivery across the organization.

You will mentor developers, drive architectural standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize Salesforce ROI while delivering robust, scalable systems and automated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial relevant experience.
• Proven Salesforce development and administration experience with integrations.
• Bonus: Kinaxis and/or SAP development experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Salesforce platform design and delivery of custom solutions.
• Oversee integration, upgrade, and support of core business apps with SAP, Kinaxis.
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with business strategy.
• Lead projects end-to-end with requirements gathering, agile dev, testing.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and coding standards.
• Mentor multiple application developers and foster excellence.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive tool modernization.
• Manage vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on time
