In the role of Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing solutions as part of the Salesforce technical practice in an Agile Product based organizational structure. You will play a critical role in defining the knowhow of the product developed, driving technical product architecture, and ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions that align with business objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure our platform remains scalable, secure, and performs optimally.
  • Develop and maintain customizations across Sales, Experience, B2B Commerce and CGC cloud.
  • Work closely with developers, administrators and Technical Product Owners.
  • Apply technical expertise, liaise with Salesforce Technical Product Owners, Admins, Vendors, Developers and Analysts to deliver Salesforce projects and enhancements along with sustaining the application for long-run.
  • Collaborate with IT Product Owners, and Salesforce business users to solicit and generate technical solutions aligning with business needs and collaboratively work with Agile teams.

What you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and Solutioning
  • Admin, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer certifications would be an asset
  • Degree in computer science or information technology is a must.
  • Advanced experience in designing, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Track record of programmatic development and declarative/admin configurations.
  • Ensure Salesforce ecosystem remains scalable, secure, and performs optimally.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Proven experience in developing technical stack within Salesforce eco system and working with technical teams in an Agile environment.
