Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Calgary is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Support Analyst to manage and resolve Salesforce Service Desk tickets. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and a solid understanding of Service Cloud features. Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an Administrator / Analyst role.
  • Solid experience with Service Cloud and its various features.
  • Experience working in a structured IT Service Desk or Application Support role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve Salesforce Service Desk tickets.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze Salesforce issues effectively.
  • Make well-governed configuration changes and enhancements.
