Traction Rec is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support pre-sales and engagement teams in mapping Salesforce and Traction Rec solutions to customer needs. You will lead discovery, design tailored technical and business solutions, and deliver compelling demos to drive the sales cycle across Canada and the U.S.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Salesforce solution experience, Salesforce certifications, and strong executive-facing communication skills.
This role is open to remote based candidates based in Canada/US with a preference for either PST/EST
We’re looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Solution Engineer, your top priority is to support our pre-sales and engagement teams to assist customers and lead strategies to bring innovative solutions that map Salesforce and Traction Rec solutions to meet customer needs, support the sales cycle, set client expectations on future state, and set up the customer for long term success. You will use your industry experience and technology expertise to assist customers managing change, evolving their business process and maximizing their technology investment. You will work cross functionally with our product, services, support, sales and engagement teams to enable the success of our customers.

The starting salary band for this role is $100,000-$110,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.
