We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer - Remote Canada Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team, supporting multiple complex Salesforce orgs across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce core development, advanced integration patterns, and the ability to lead troubleshooting and architecture conversations with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will act as a technical SME, guiding junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of platform enhancements and production support across various business units

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions acrossService Cloud,Sales Cloud, andData Cloud platforms.
• Build and troubleshootLightning Web Components (LWC),Apex, andFlowautomations.
• Support advancedcontact centerintegrations(e.g., Five9, Omnichannel routing).
• Leaddata integrationsusingMuleSoft,Salesforce Data Cloud, andexternal APIs.
• Work withData Cloudcapabilitiessuch asData Streams,Identity Resolution,Reconciliation Rules, andCalculated Insightsto power 360° views and real-time decisioning.
• Collaborate with solution architects to supportSalesforce best practices, scalable design, and governance.
• Interface directly with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct peer reviews to uphold code quality and standards.
• Liaise with Salesforce Support and participate in escalated troubleshooting and architecture review calls as needed.
• Stay up to date on platform deprecations (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules) and lead the migration toFlowsand modern automation tools.
• Build or support dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau) as needed for business reporting needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce developmentexperience.
• 6+ years experience in Apex,LWC,SOQL,Flows, andSalesforce APIs.
• 6+ years experience in Service Cloud(including Omnichannel and call center integrations).
• 6+ years experience withSales Cloud(Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, etc.).
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce Data Cloud(CDP) including ingestion pipelines and calculated insights.
• 6+ years experience with platforms such asMuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs, and third‑party systems.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & IICertification
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant(highly preferred)
• Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer(preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (e.g., Git, CI / CD tools).
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Strong communicationskills – able to engage with business users, Salesforce support, and senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-org Salesforce environments
• Familiarity with Tableau or other reporting tools
