We are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright‑based automation frameworks to ensure quality across Salesforce applications Sales/Service/FSC Cloud. The candidate will work closely with developers, BA and QA teams to design, automate and execute test strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional regression, smoke and integration testing for Salesforce applications
• Design and execute end‑to‑end test scenarios for SFDC workflows
• Create reusable test scripts for UI and API automation
• Perform manual testing for complex business logic when required
• Work with cross‑functional teams to analyze requirements and define test coverage
• Identify, log and track defects in tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with developers to validate defect fixes
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes and best practices
