Salesforce nCino Developer

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce and nCino Developer to design, develop, and support solutions within the Salesforce and nCino Banking platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, nCino implementations, and OmniStudio components, with the ability to deliver scalable solutions that support commercial and retail banking business processes.

This role involves working closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to develop and enhance nCino and Salesforce applications, streamline banking workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules including loan origination, onboarding, relationship management, and workflow automation.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, Flows, and integrations.
• Develop and support OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Support data migration, data conversion, and deployment activities across environments.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Work closely with QA teams during SIT, UAT, and production deployment cycles.
• Create technical design documents, deployment runbooks, and support documentation.
• Support release management, environment management, and CI/CD processes.
• Stay current with Salesforce, nCino, and OmniStudio product enhancements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

A hands‑on Salesforce Developer with strong nCino implementation experience and working knowledge of OmniStudio who can build, enhance, and support banking solutions while collaborating effectively with business and technology teams.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/23/2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000– $ 130,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
