Job summary

Abram AFSC is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce and nCino solutions. You will collaborate with product owners, analysts, and architects to deliver scalable, secure applications aligned with AFSC's business objectives.

You will participate in all SDLC phases, implement best practices, and contribute to DevOps with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines. A strong emphasis on code quality and ongoing learning is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and supporting Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, OmniStudio, APIs, and platform configuration.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, including OOP, secure coding, code quality, and testing methodologies.
• Experience developing or supporting nCino solutions is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and production support.
• Experience building, consuming, and supporting integrations using REST APIs and Salesforce integration technologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, security models, sharing, bulk processing, and performance considerations.
• Experience in Agile teams and SDLC activities including requirements, development, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Support story grooming, develop, unit test and maintain Salesforce and nCino solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Flows, APIs, integrations, and platform configuration.
• Build scalable and secure applications by developing reusable components, automation, integrations, and services following Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Senior Developers, Technical Leads, Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in all SDLC phases: requirements analysis, technical design, estimation, development, testing, reviews, deployment, and production support.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure alignment with coding standards and security requirements.
• Maintain quality and reliability through unit testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on development, testing, debugging, and optimization of Salesforce and nCino solutions with focus on maintainability.
• Contribute to DevOps and release processes using Git, CI/CD, environment management, and production readiness.
