We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote Canada role.

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise across Sales, Service, Experience, AI, CPQ, MuleSoft, and Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, driving digital transformation, and enabling seamless customer and operational journeys.

Day to Day/Job Function

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across domains including Customers, Claims, Rebates, Quoting, Approvals, Routings, Products & Pricing, and OEMs.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Drive process improvements in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments with a focus on scalability, automation, and AI adoption.
  • Work closely with technical teams on Salesforce CPQ, MuleSoft integrations, and Data Cloud initiatives to deliver seamless data flows and connected customer experiences.
  • Support design and delivery of Einstein AI use cases to improve decision-making, personalization, and predictive insights.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with compliance/regulatory needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and user training to ensure adoption and value realization.
  • Provide insights on industry best practices, customer experience trends, and future-ready capabilities such as Agentic AI.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT projects.
  • 8+ years experience in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds) and CPQ functionality.
  • 5+ years experience with MuleSoft integration design and Data Cloud data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with Einstein AI or other AI-driven business solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Agentic AI and its applications in enterprise business workflows.
  • Knowledge of advanced automation, orchestration, and intelligent routing solutions.
  • Experience in regulated industries with complex workflows (e.g., OEMs, claims, rebates).
  • Salesforce certifications (BA, CPQ Specialist, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud) are a plus
